You should take protein and creatine as your key supplements or a Weight Gainer product if you want to gain maximum mass. Take a whey protein shake 2 to 3 times per day with one serving being just before your Halo immediately after training and take creatine monohydrate powder or a creatine tablet (like Creakic or Creadex). Start off taking 4 servings per day for the first 5 days and thereafter take 1 to 2 servings per day (2 on training days and 1 on non-training days). To gain mass at the fastest rate, you can either do the Nitro/Cell stack (Nitro 3 times per day and Cell-Tech twice on training days and once on non-training days - always take one serving of Nitro immediately, followed by Cell-Tech right after training) OR you can use a weight gainer like Mutant Mass (along with powdered creatine) or Mass-Tech or Muscle Fuel Anabolic (which already contain creatine). If your diet is good (high in calories and protein), go with the Nitro/Cell stack, if your diet isn't so good, go with one of the mass gainers - start off with 2 to 3 scoops twice daily and increase until you are gaining the desired amount of weight per week (1/2 to 2 kilos).
Though many people use anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen for a headache, they don't come without side effects, and some people aren't supposed to take these drugs. Ibuprofen puts people at risk of bleeds in the gastrointestinal tract and kidney damage. Using the drug in high doses also seems to raise blood pressure and increase the risk of heart attack and stroke — one reason the FDA recently warned that people should only use ibuprofen (and other "nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs," NSAIDS, like naproxen) for short periods of time and in small amounts. Yet ibuprofen (as well as naproxen) has been found in a number of supplements.
There’s many ways to skin a cat though, you can jump into THT right away but if you have 1 beginner do tht for 1 year and 1 beginner do 5×5 for 6 months then tht for 6 months, and 1 beginner do 5×5 for 1 year, the first 2 who did tht will be bigger of course, since the 1 yr 5×5 only guy didn’t do any size work. But I would venture to say the one who did 6 months of 5×5 before jumping into tht will be bigger than the 1 year tht only guy, since he’ll be able to lift much heavier weights when he starts THT and get a whole new series of newbie gains from training differently, with relatively heavy weights (compared to the THT only guy who did no strength training). Who knows though, maybe the tht only guy learns to squeeze his muscles really well and the 6 month each guy never learns to squeeze at all.
