    Caught: 6/13/07 , following his 38-second knockout loss against Bernard Ackah at Dynamite!! USA .
    Tested positive for: Unspecified anabolic steroids. Morton’s pre-fight urine test came back as positive for a very elevated T/E (testosterone) ratio — , when the average for an athlete is 6.
    Punishment: $2,500 fine and an indefinite suspension from the California State Athletic Commission. Morton’s $100,000 purse was also withheld after he refused to take a post-fight drug test. He hasn’t competed since.

    Sports massage can be a useful treatment for tennis elbow, particularly more chronic conditions. In particular cross friction massage of the tendon insertion but only once the initial inflammation has settled (after 5 day) is done. Place the 2nd finger of your opposite hand on the outside of the elbow and rub across the tendon (painful area) for 5 minutes. Do not press too hard but there may be some mild pain whilst having the area 'frictioned'. Repeat once a day. Do not carry on with this exercise if the pain worsens after the treatment.

    In an ironic twist, the thing that causes tennis elbow (tennis) – can also help in the recovery process. Just hold a regular tennis ball held in your palm – and squeeze it as hard as you can. Initially, you will find this to be difficult – since your hand will have very little strength. As you do this more and more – you will find your grip getting stronger. This is the simplest and one of the more effective exercises that I did. I carried that ball everywhere (I didn’t care if other lunch folks saw me squeezing a tennis ball while waiting for my food..). Again – like the rest of the exercises – there is no limit to how often you do this. As much as possible!
