Honestly one of the best gainers/protein powders I've ever taken. I love the fact that it's lactose, gluten, and sugar free what else could you ask for. I noticed almost immediate results in regards to post-workout recovery, gaining and keeping on muscle as well as feeling overall stronger and energetic. Let's be real if your still complaining about taste than go buy some sugary junk protein and I'll see you in the kiddie pool. This protein tastes great though and mixes perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints with this product I'm so stooked to have found it, carnivore and musclemeds really pulled through with this gainer.
